Brian Christ is an experienced, innovative professional with 18 years of experience in facilities technology and operations, property analytics, and software applications serving the commercial real estate industry (proptech).
In his previous role as a National Director for JLL, Brian built and managed the team that oversaw the applications used to provide facility management, capital project management, lease administration, occupancy planning, and transaction management services at JLL’s largest clients. He envisioned, built, and managed an integrated application used to consolidate all real estate portfolio data into a single, intuitive, user-friendly application.
Alexander Bermudez has more than two decades of experience in software architecture and development. He has created robust software solutions for the retail, utility, and real estate industries. A full stack developer, he has expertise in maintaining complex financial applications, as well as implementing custom solutions from the ground up. He has experience with both hosted and cloud based solutions.
